Yellow Jackets 3 – Red Rockers 0

The Yellow Jackets were led by Austin Fox, with a goal and two assists. Connor Luby and Jason Schmeltz also scored goals. Daniel Lee, Kyle Dugan and Fox combined in goal for the shutout, while Riley Fugere and Tyler Foley played well on defense.

The Rockers were paced by Jacob Murphy and Dylan McGahey, who each played strong games on offense. Ryan Darby made a number of difficult saves in net.

Purple Panthers 6 – Blue Man Group 2

The Panthers were keyed by Tim Russell’s two goals. Also scoring for the Panthers were Isaiah Cote, Jacob McNamara, Jason Wright and Firas Omer. Goalies David Pinsonneault, Tim Russell and Katie Vincent combined for the win.

For BMG, Alissa Cate and Rachel Ford were stellar on defense. Shawn Rees and Ryan Lovett scored the goals, while Mathew O’Rourke and Brendan Langton attacked aggressively.

Yellow Jackets 4 – Green Hornets 0

Austin Fox scored twice, and Jason Schmeltz and Connor Luby also tallied. Kyle Dugan added a pair of assists. Casey Murphy turned in a strong offensive game. Defensively, Dereck DeBlois and Dylan Dow turned in solid efforts in front of goalies Daniel Lee, Fox and Luby, who combined in net for the shutout.

Hornets’ goalies JT Flower and Jackson Penney were tested time and again; each made several sparkling saves. The defense was anchored by Hannah Willis, Darrin Boulay, Crystal Lemay and Penney. On offense, Brandon Laass had a number of good scoring bids.
