Police arrested Albert Brown Jr., 38, of Summer Street, Goffstown, on Monday, Aug. 29, for one count of aggravated felonious sexual assault, a Class A felony that could carry a seven- to 15-year sentence, if convicted. The victim was a juvenile, said Goffstown Police Capt. Glenn DuBois.

“I am reluctant to release any information that will compromise the victim,” he said. “If the victim were an adult, I would be more willing to release more information.”

Brown was arraigned and released on $1,000 cash bail. His probable cause hearing will take place at the Goffstown District Court at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 27.

Other incidents

• Goffstown police recently tracked down and arrested a man who assaulted a Merrimack man with a pipe at the Exxon gas station on Mast Road.

Eric Hebert, 30, was arrested for assaulting Eric Picard of Merrimack with a pipe at the gas station at about 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 18.

Hebert was arrested in Manchester, but police believe he has been living in his car. DuBois said his last known address was in Londonderry and, before that, Manchester.

Hebert was arraigned for second-degree assault on Monday, Aug. 29, at the Goffstown District Court and released on $20,000 personal recognizance.

DuBois said the two men knew one another and Hebert assaulted Picard after a money-related argument.

• A hit-and-run accident outside a party on Emerald Circle led to four arrests, including two underage drinkers and the party’s host.

Shauna Pascucci, 21, of Goffstown, was taken to the hospital on Tuesday, Aug. 23, after Kristen Skersey, 19, of Brassard Avenue, backed into her with her car around 1:30 a.m. After striking Pascucci with her car, Skersey left the scene of the accident and was arrested at her home about an hour later, said DuBois.

However, Goffstown police ended up arresting four people who were at the party, including Skersey, two underage drinkers and the host of the party.

“Officers went down there to investigate (the accident), packed up the girl and sent her to the hospital, and then found out that other folks at the party were involved in an underage drinking party,” said DuBois.

Daniel Cullinane, 21, of 12 Emerald Circle, was arrested for hosting an underage drinking party, a Class B misdemeanor.

Also arrested were Jamie Miller, 18, of Scobie Road in New Boston, and Jeffrey Kolenski, 17, of Back Mountain Road in Goffstown, for internal possession of alcohol, a violation.
