Three local men were
arrested after members of the
Goffstown police and the
New Hampshire Drug Task
Force searched a Goffstown
residence and seized large
quantities of drugs, money
and guns.
During a snowstorm on
Tuesday, March 8, police
executed a search warrant at
364 Wallace Road at 2:21
p.m. and arrested the men.
Police confiscated $30,000
in cash, five pounds of marijuana
with an estimated
$15,000 street value and two
guns – a 9mm handgun and a
Mossberg 12-gauge pump shotgun.
Arrested were Kristopher
Angove, 18, Real Bureau, 23,
and Adam Freije, 18. All three
are Goffstown residents. Bureau
and Angove are originally from
Lowell, Mass.
The men had been renting the
house for about nine months,
said police.
Detective Neil Nicholson said
the house on Wallace Road had
been under investigation for
several months. There had been
a previous noise complaint that
brought police to the house,
where they noticed marijuana
residue. Residents gave police
anonymous tips that drugs were
being sold out of the house.
"At this particular bust, we
were able to arrest the largest
supplier in Goffstown, which is
fantastic," said Nicholson.
"These (men) were more than
street-level dealers. They were
likely distributing throughout
the greater Manchester area."
All three suspects were
charged with possession of a
controlled drug with intent to
distribute, which is a felony
offense, Nicholson said.
If convicted, the men could
possibly face seven to 15 years
in jail. All three were held on
$100,000 cash bail by Judge
Michael Ryan and arraigned at 2
p.m. on Wednesday, March 9.
Nicholson said he hopes the
arrest sends a message to area
drug dealers.
"One individual we arrested
said he moved up from Lowell
because (Goffstown) is a quaint
little town," he said. "We hope
this arrest will be a message: We
don’t want his house of destruction
here. This won’t be tolerated
in Goffstown."
The 9mm handgun confiscated
was registered to someone
else living in the house, said
police. Registration for the
Mossberg shotgun is still being
investigated.
Goffstown Police Capt. Glenn
DuBois said the election-day
arrests will probably lead to further
arrests. He praised the
efforts of the various law
enforcement agencies involved
in the drug bust.
"There was a lot of good work
done by my detectives,
Goffstown police and the New
Hampshire Drug Task Force,"
he said.
Real Bureau was also charged
with two class A misdemeanors
– resisting detention and
unsworn falsification.
He was also wanted by
Lowell police for failure to
appear on charges of drug distribution
near a school, several
counts of assault and battery
with a deadly weapon, resisting
arrest, felonious destruction of
property and destruction of
property.
